Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

My son's friend gave him and some others keys to his parents home while they were away for vacation. My sonentered the house to get a skateboard that belonged to him. Now he's being charged with B&E WO Owner. Does this charge hold any water? HE has not spoken to a police officer about the incident.

He needs a skilled local criminal defense attorney to examine the case and advise. If he is being charged, the prosecutor thinks they have a strong case, but that isn't necessarily so. Visit kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz

He's lucky he was charged with a misdemeanor, rather than the felony of home invasion. To keep it that way, he should not talk to the police.
