Will I get arrested at the dmv if I have a warrant out for my arrest?

I agree. It is unlikely, but possible. Also, the Secretary of State may not be able to renew your license or other requests based on the warrant.

If your visit to the dmv is related to the warrant, you're wasting your time. If you're going for a hearing, you will be denied and have to wait a full year before you can do it again. A review of your record will reveal the warrant. Call the court that issued the warrant and find out the amount of your bond. Then surrender on the warrant and use that money for bail.

You don't seem to be very bright and it would be smart to talk to a criminal lawyer before you try anything else. Most give free consultations.
