2nd dui charge
First owvil 7 months ago put on probation for a year. Did everything the court wanted me to do, but I violated and got a second dui. The first one I blew .09 and the second .12 will I go to jail?

What city were you arrested in?? That matters you should contact an attorney you may be able to avoid jail but it depends.

I've never been in a case where the judge DIDN'T say to stop drinking and driving, so I can't agree that you did everything the judge asked you to do.
So, it depends on the judge and the lawyer...if s/he has a short memory and is on a rail against DD, then you may well spend a few days in the tank, but unlikey to be much more than that.
