auto accident
If someone is found guilty of driving while license is suspended causing death but traffic lights where proven to be faulty and causing the crash can they still sue the city or makers of the traffic lights for the lights being faulty?
Not found guilty yet but most likely will be found guilty maybe of a lessor charge.
Driver was not under the influence of anything. Just suspended license.
