Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

License restoration

I have two DUI charges. One in 2000,

& another in 2003. I have no other

charges against me. Can I get my

license back now by just going to the

secretary of state?

Re: License restoration

You can certainly ask, but I suspect you will have to go through the DAAD office to have a full fleged alcohol resporation hearing. Very complex and frought with pitfalls. I help people with these every day. Contact me at www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
