Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

two sentence reveiws for the same offense?

Thankyou for taking a minute to read this. I have a few questions in regards to a drunk driving offense. The first would be that I was told that i had to put the intoxalock on a vehicle and at the time of my offense and sentence i did not own a vehicle, therefore was put in a postion of trusting other drivers of vehicle that they would not put me in violation( Needless to say you can not always trust others) also at the time I did not even have a drivers license the state had already suspended it by the time of the sentencing. Do these procedures seem correct. The second question that I have is it ok that after you have alreay had a final review in explantion of this to then be called in to court again for another reveiw I was told on nov 15,2004 that was my final and then they notified my by mail to come again for a sentance review is that legal? The story that the court clerk told me that they had not received all the paper work until after my 1st final sentence review nov15,2004. ON nov15,2004 there was another judge standing in for my orginal judge . does this sound like a court error? My fear now is that since then I had gotten two taffic tickets unable to pay and there is a warrent for me. help!!!!!

To allay your fears, call the court clerk and ask if there is an outstanding warrant for your arrest. Do this first. If there is, you can get further advice. You may be worried about nothing. As far as your other contacts with the court are concerned, they don't seem that unreasonable. The process is oftentimes the punishment for your offense.
