Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

Worried

I recently got pulled over for drunk driving...Yes my license was suspended due to the fact that I had forgotton about a ticket I was issued a while ago. I have never been in trouble with the law and I would like to know what can/most likely happen to me when I go to court.

Re: Worried

Most likely you will need some time to take care of your tickets and clear up your driving record to get your license back. Drunk Driving charges are serious and you should consider retaining counsel for this.

It is not the end of the world, but you surely need competent representation. I see you are in the Plymouth zip code. If the case is in 35th DC, I have been practicing there for over 12 years and am quite experienced with exactly how things work there. Please visit my website at www.kliszlaw.com for more information and cal my office for free phone advice on this particular issue. Regards, Tim Klisz

A lot depends on your judge, the probation department, your BAC and on the attorney you hire. Give me a call and we can set up an appointment.
