Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

my child mother left the state without my consent 4 yrs. ago the state of Michigan knew that but was still requesting child support,they finally suspend it (child support) after 4 yrs,but I still have to pay arrears to the state because I was'nt paying for most of the 4yrs, my ? Is do I have a case?

No. You don't. And unless there was a court order in place, she did not need yoru permission to leave the state.
