Cohabitation with opposite sex, none family member

Is it posible to prevent my child's mother from cohabitating with someone of the opposite sex, none family member? The child is 3 months old and I am trying to bond with my child. I think this would be confusing for my child. We are currently going through a custody battle. She has denined me access to my child from the beginning and I had to get an attorney to make that happen. Your help is greatly appreciated.

It is difficult to prevent cohabitation unless you have a conservative judge. Normally, cohabitation combined iwth other behavior that makes a poor custodial environment may be enough. Cohabitation is merely one factor. Courts are much less judgmental on this issue than previously. Promiscuous behavior is actually much more likely to create a poor environment for the children than a solid, long term relationship among people who just have not married.
