Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I have custody of my child and i want to move out of state, it will not effect visitaion because i will be bringing my son back for his visits with his father everyother weekend. will the courts allow me to move

Since it does not effect visitation, the court will most likely not give you a problem. However, you still need an order. Will your ex agree? That would be the easiest way.
