Re: Who has custody ?

Greetings; The natural parents have full custody until a court says otherwise. If you are interested in obtaining sole full custody, we will need to file a petition with the court. I have handled many such cases. I hope you give me a call. 616-457-5100; www.trichler.com; Atty. Trichler

Re: Who has custody ?

Both parents have equal legal rights. If there is a problem, get a court order defining custody rights and support obligations. To even ask the question, means there is a problem. It is best to utilize the services of an experienced family law practitioner. If you wish to discuss it further, call me at 248-353-9400. Bill Stern
