Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Custody

I was granted sole legal and physical custody while my daughter's father was incarcerated for 2 felonies. I was also granted permission to moved from Michigan to Texas, where with my husband we have a home to live in free of rent, only utilities to pay. We came back to Michigan, due to a family emergency. Now everything is resolved and we want to move back to our home in Texas. Her father was just released from jail (agian) and only visits her when it conveinent for him. I haven't received any orders besided the one granting me sole custody and permission to move. Do I still hold the right to move back to Texas with my daughter?

Re: Custody

If nothing has been done to change the last court order, it still stands.
