I am going through a divorce and I have no job and can not get child support so I cant afford a lawyer and my husband has one can I get a court appointed attorney to represent me

You might want to call the State Bar of Michigan at their toll free number 1 800 968-1442, explain your situation and request a referral to a family law attorney in your county that could represent you pro bono (= for free if you qualify). Court appointed attorneys are only for criminal cases. You could try legal aid, or speak with an attorney who could request attorney fees from your husband in court. Otherwise a credit card or loan from family or friends are options. Kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
