divorce
seperated 4 yrs, getting divorce. Have paperwork but she gave birth 2 yrs ago to a child ( not mine) the father's name is on B-cert. Do I make out divorce WITH minor children forms or without? How do I represent it?

There is a presumption in michigan that you are the natural father because you were married although this is rebuttable. You probably should get an attorney to help you with this.
