Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I am divorced. My ex-wife was awarded half my pension, do to the fact that she did not have a pension. I have not yet retired. She has re-married to someone with a full pension. Can I re-gain my full pension?

The fact that she married someone with a pension is completely irrelevant. You will be stuck with the language of the judgment.
