Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

If my husband is paying 600 dollars in child support to his ex for 1 child, and she is taking him to court to raise it, how much will it go up? Their kid is 7 and does not attend child care and we provide medical. Since the 600/month was set he has gotten a raise at work, we have had a child and have one on the way (day care is 600 a month for each of them) and the mother has gotten a low income job and is receiving child support on her 1 month old

Michigan applies a child support formula to set "adequate support" there may be acceptions to the formula depending on the situation, however for the most part , the formula rules in most situations. Contact me on my alternate number I can run a few approximate numbers to give you a ball park figure. I need more information to do this.
