Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My husband and I just recently got back together and we purchase a home my name is on the deed . At one time we were apart I had my own place and he has his before we got back together I purchase new things while i was apart from him and alot of things my family gifted me . My husband locked me out of my home , and will not give me my things . My question is do he have a right to lock me out and keep all my things i purchase while i was not with him.

No, he does not have a right to lock you out, unless he got a court order allowing it. It is your house.

And he cannot legally prevent you from getting your things.

Is there a divorce action filed? If not, why not?
