my daughter is 17 she has been a ward of the state for about 2yrs, she was released back to me (mother) almost a year ago, she was doing great until a lot of family & personal issues began happening. i sought counceling also other resourses to asist in our sitsuation. she had got into a little trouble and the state took her back, telling me she can never return home. how or what can i do to get her back. she is a good kid with emotional problems, she needs help not locked up...

Without knowing A LOT more particulars, it is impossible to provide you with particular advice. However, hiring an experienced and aggressive attorney might be a good start for resolving the problem. Also note that once your daughter turns 18, she can be where she wants to be.
