Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

not married but own home and have kids together.

I am not married but I have been with a guy for 8 years and we have 3 children together. One of my children is disablied. We are now going to break up. It would only be right that I stay at home and he goes. But he doesn't think so. He owns his own buissness and works 24/7. He has no time now for family time. I am like a single parent. So my ? is with him owning a inc buissness would his child support go off his income or the corp.? I am sure you know he sets his own paycheck and he thinks he is going to set it down to nothing. Sad you know , when it is for his kids. THANK YOU

You can get a copy of all his corporate ledgers as well as his personal income tax. To do this, you should get a competent, diligent family law attorney. If you have limited funds, there are attorneys available who can perhaps get part or all paid by the man. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
