qdro agreement
My husband and I are doing our divorce ourselves. It is quite simple, we are splitting everything 50/50 and we have no children. I was told I need a QDRO agreement for our retirement investments. We are both self-employed so everything is in our own accounts, however, most of it is in my husband's. Can we do a QDRO ourselves?
