I divorced in 1999 but did not file QDRO for my portion of my wife's 401K and pension, I thought it was done. Is it too late? What do you recommend?

When exactly in 1999 did you get divorced? Before what judge?
I would hire a lawyer very soon and see if he can help you get the QDROs (you might need two) entered. Do not delay on this, act at once.Call me if you have questions.
