Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I share 50/50 custody with my ex.. My son is 8 years old now. I'm now engaged and have an 11 month old daughter. My fianc�e and I plan on adding more to our family and also want to move out of state. Are there steps that I can take to change custody so I can move on with my life?

Don't plan your move unless you have a contingency plan to remain. The judge may not allow you to move unless you have a super, duper good reason. Just because you decide to get a job elsewhere may not be enough.
