Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

tattoos on a minor chil, 15 years old

Hi, I reside in Michigan. My question is, my son's mothers b/f put a tattoo on the length of my sons forearm, without my knowledge or consent. I need to know what I can do legally, because I was told he was going to put another tattoo on him, and I absolutely disagree with him having tattoo's

It matters if you have some type of custody order. Without a custody order, you have no standing to object, absent the same standing anyone else would have in the event that the mother was abusing your son. If you are simply the biological father, you have no more standing than she would have if you did something similar. If it is performed in a state where parental permission is required, well, your son got the parental permission. If you have joint legal custody, then you can go before the judge and raise the issue.
