Do any of these things qualify for a change in circumstance to change custody?

1. change of schools

2. truancy

3. one parent moves out of state

4. child protective services report (closed case)

5. sibling moved out of home

If you are in Muskegon County, a family court judge gets to decide whether any of these things is a change in circumstance. However, my opinion is that one or more of these would be sufficient. I'd read more information at: www.MidMichiganDivorce.com
