Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

my wife and i are in the beginning stages of a divorse. my wife took my son from gaylord,mi to warren mi and wont let me see him. she is now fighting dirty and filed a personal protection order saying i abused her. i have witnesses saying that i am innocent. i have not seen my son in over 2 mths now. is there a way i can get rights to see my son? what atre my rights to my son? she has this p.p.o so that i cant see me son, is that legally right?

Depending on when the PPO was filed you may be able to file a motion to terminate the PPO.

Also in the divorce case, you want to file a motion for parenting time immediately.
