Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Ex wife is trying to change Domicile, she just met some guy and wants to move to TN, our first court appearance the judge said "no way ur not even married", and recomended an investigation. They got married a couple days later, now they are both calling me torpedoing eachother givning me dirt on eachother.. its funny because the next day they act like they didnt say anything?!?! She is a convicted drunk driver and so is he, my 5 yr old will have his license before these two.. Too make this long retarded story short, can I suit her for all my legal fee's? I have had to hire a lawyer, pay for investigations etc. all becasue she filed this motion.. we are sure to pumble her in court, I just want to suit her for my legal fees's and other things as well..

Why don't you ask the lawyer you hired? You may get costs for a frivolous motion but don't count on it.
