My ex owes me $90,000.00 in back child support. he is in Mo. I am in Mi. Mo. won't extradite. How do I collect?

Turn the decision into a judgment. go to Mo. and start suit to get the Missouri court to enter judgment based upon the Michigan judgment. Of course, you will have to properly serve your ex in Missouri. The Missouri court has to give full faith and credit to the Michigan judgment. Then, you can garnish or take other collection action in Missouri.
