Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan
hello I have two questions, 1st is there a MCL that explains the rights of the consumers in a traffic stop.
2nd in a civil suit can the defandant file a comlaint on the plantiff for the reduction of a judgement granted in default due to the plantiffs folly
