Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

If you were sued and you and now one of the plaintiff;s wittnesses comes forword and tells you that she lied about in court what happens next? and that the plaintiff had her lie what can happen ?

You need an attorney to look at your case. If there is a considerable amount of money or injustice involved, you may want to take action against the plaintiff and the witness. A lot depends on how old the case is, and the facts of the case.
