Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan
My wife and I are resident of michigan we guaranty a lease for a florida company that went bankrupty
and the bank has a judgement againist us in a Florida Court. Is that judgement enforceable in the state of Michigan? If it is what must the bank do to enfore the judgement.

Yes they can collect. They will need to file a motion to domesticate the judgment in a Michigan court of proper jurisdiction. This is not a difficult process.
