Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan

Hi,

I Received a letter from Uscis asking me to provide an affidavit of support. I did mail the affidavit of support on time but failed to include the cover letter but i realised my error I sent the cover letter seperately with an attached note informing them that i had earlier sent the RFE. Yesterday, I received a denial notice based on the fact that the cover letter was received but the affidavit of support was not found. my option on the letter was to file a motion but i do not know how to go about it.

Hello, the first question I have is whether you sent the AOS by certified mail or some other verifiable means that you prove. If you did,then you should definitely do the motion but it is best to have an attorney do that for you. Please call us for a free consultation at (248) 619-0065
