Legal Question in Insurance Law in Michigan
Due to my mistake the insurance on my vehicle lapsed from 10/21/12 to 12/08/12. The Credit Union notified me on 11/29/12 that they were charging me for CPI for one months coverage 10/08/12 to 11/08/12. Can my Credit Union charge me for Collateral Protection Insurance retroactively?
