Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan
rent collecting
I have not received money from my renters in 3 months..I use the money for mortage payment and will have to let the bank take my house because of lack of funds..is this a good idea? Will this effect my credit rating? I cannot afford a lawyer for eviction..
