can i get rid of tentants abandoned stuff, and i was left with the bills

In order to get rid of your tenant's stuff (I assume you are talking about furniture, clothes, etc.), you should either have the tenant's written authority to do so, or you need to file eviction proceedings to remove the tenant and his stuff (even if the tenant is gone). If you don't, it's possible your tenant will claim later that you removed his stuff without legal authority. Good luck.
