i received an eviction notice I payed the rent,including late fees after the eviction notice the apartment manager had me to sign an agreement to pay this months rent by the 17th two weeks after due date or the eviction would still stand. two days later i received a letter from office that i would have to be out the following morning IS THIS LEGAL? Can i use this agreement when the court officer shows up

Did you receive a "Notice to Quit" or an actual "Judgment of Possession"? If the first, they have nothing yet and will have to take you to Court first.
