Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan
My friend needed a place to stay and I offered her my condo because i travel a lot. She is staying there while she gets back on her feet. She helps pay the bills, she is not a tenant but the condo association wants to evict her. This is still my legal residence. The condo board drives by, takes pictures and monitors the condo all the time. They have threatened to evict her and her children. What rights if any do i have?

Can you not rent your condo? That's seems odd. If you can't, then yes I guess they can evict her. Read your association documents carefully.
