Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

I have a friend who is behind on rent. my friend owes about 2k. My friend has payed sum amount back here and there when they have the money. He is threating to kick them out if they dont pay him the rest of money within a week, even though he as accepted money the last two days. My question is if he continues to come each day and ask for his money(which i understand it is his rite to ask for his money, since my friend owes him money.) and continues to tell them they will be kicked out, even though they are paying him money. Could u consider that arrassment?

You can consider it anything. Legally is it is not violating any laws on it's face. He cam pay or not, and the landlord can evict your friend or let them stay. If you have specific legal questions, visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
