My neighbor will not stop cutting a portion of our lawn that abuts his. We have repeatedly advised him to stop. Now, he has put a swing set up that crosses the property line and refuses to take it down. What rights do we have to make him stop?

The first step I would take is to call the ordinance officer of your city or township. If that does not help, you will want to consider filing a motion to quiet title.
