I entered into a lease in May 2007. I paid a security deposit and was current on my rents, and in November 2007 I received a posting stating that the home was being foreclosed upon. I received the eviction notice from the mortgage company in July 2008, and was out by the end of August. They are now bringing us to trial for damages and back bills. What are my rights?
