unmarried real estate

if you are with a guy for a long time and you buy property but you own everything and it is all in your name then if you break up is he able to get part of your properties?

No,....if not married and it is in your name, it is your sole property. He may have other claims if he can prove he lent you the money to purchase the property. He would have to prove the loan exists. For more info, please contact my office at 9248)851-3171.
