Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

Please Help me ASAP

I am 15 year old girl, live in Michigan. I felt in love with--name removed--guy who is 19 year old guy and we both want to get married, but the problem is that my family does not approve our love marriage and they say if I do not stop loving this guy they will make case of child molesting against him, even though we never had any sexual relationship what so ever and he never even touched me. It is plain simple pure love. We love each other more then our lives and want to get married ASAP, but my family is threatening to file--name removed--police report on him, that he is molesting me. Please advise what I should do, because I love him and I will never go against him in court or any where. Please help and advice, if they do file--name removed--case against him I will never testify against him at any cost. Please tell me what to do and what should I do if they file case against him and what should he do if he is been prosecuted. Please response as soon as possible because we do not have much time.

PS: With out me testifying against him my family do not have any case against him, right? Our love is pure and I want to marry him no matter what. Please advise me on what Michigan laws are on this subject and what we both ne

If they have independent proof of a sexual relationship outside of your testimony, then they could prosecute. They also could subpoena you and force you to take the stand but it is not likely. Just out of curisotiy, why are you so anxious to get married? Just to get away from the parents? Sounds kind of unnecessary in this day and age. Bill Stern
