If you are asking whether you need consent to have sexual relations, the answer is no. In Michigan, the age of consent for sexual relations is 16. Since you state you are 16 years old, you are able to give consent on your own.

Parents never have the right to give consent for a person younger than 16 to have sexual relations though.

Good luck :)
