Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan

I've been trying to get thru to Mich Treasury regarding a driver responsbility fee, that I have been unable to pay. They want good credit a bank account and your soul to make arrangements, the only thing I have is my soul. The fees I have already paid are about 11,ooo.oo.

Now I was stopped for ilegal plates (true) They informed me(police) my license was suppended as of 1/12/11 I have received nothing to inform me. I have a ci along with to other misdemeanors, with this stop. I don't have money, and now that I don't drive my employment is in jepordy. What do I do? Asked for a court appt atty, but very affraid they won't vigorsley defend me. HELP
