Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan

Suspended License

I got a ticket for a DWLS which was dropped down to a driving w/o operater license on me. The secretary of state is continuing to suspend my license which i could have gotten back if they didnt. Is there any way to appeal this and get my license back, even restricted. due to the circumstances in which I was driving while on suspended.

Re: Suspended License

I'm guessing you were on license suspension or had 9 points before you caught the DWLS.

Am I right?

Re: Suspended License

There is a way to do it, but you need to call me asap. What happened was you plead guilty to an offense that gets abstracted to your driving record. That was stupid if you were eligible to get your license back. When it was abstracted you received a "like suspension." Call me 5862851700
