Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
I am 1 of 13 people who have a share in property that was left to us in a will. the property is for sale and we are waiting for a buyer at this time. I want to find out if I can hunt on that land without permission from the executor or the remaining 12 other owners? If I do need permission can I get that from the executor or do I need permission from all owners? I live in the state of Michigan
