The answer to your question depends on numerous factors as to who passed away first, whether there were wills, and what those wills stated. If you need assistance, please contact me at www.lawgreg.com

Re: Am I entitled to anything

I am missing a lot of facts here. Did you mother have a will? If yes, what does the will state? Were you left out of the will on purpose (a deliberate action by your mother because of her feelings toward you) or by mistake (she forgot about you at the time of making the will because of decreased mental ability)? Was the will made when your mother was still of sound mind? If there was no will, you would be entitled to something, if there is a will you may indeed be entitled to nothing. You are entitled to a copy of the will and upon receiving it, take it to a local attorney for review to see if there are any legal options available for you to pursue.
