Grandfather dies 20 yr old will not updated what next?
My wife's grandfather passed away he had a new will drawn up but had noth signed it yet. We found an old will from 20 years ago but he has been remarried for 15 years. What do we do, the old will leaves averything to a stepdaughter that he never adopted and she has had no contact with him for 15 years. He has a surviving spouse, shouldn't possession pass to the spouse?
