Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

will of grandmother

My grandmother past away, grandfather was already dead, all children were deceased. There are other grandchildren who were close to her. We were not notified of her death nor have we heard anything about her will. How can I find out what my rights and those of my brothers are?

Are you absolutely certain that there was a will? How did you hear about her death? Was there another relative that informed you?

First step is to ask. Was there a will? Who has it? Can you have a copy? I can assist you if necessary. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss details. Tim Klisz
