Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

No will, only non probate assets (I think) and $16,000 debt. HELP

Grandmother passed with no will. She had one mobile home with both of our names on the title and full rights to survivor, Co-signor of another mobile home with two names on title and full rights to survivor, a peice of property in a different state with two names on title and full rights to survivor, and one car worth $1,500 that was signed and dated prior to death for sale. Will any of this need to be probated? She also had approx. $16,000 worth of credit card debt in her name only. Will the creditors be able to get any of the aformentioned items for payment of debt? Not to mention a lot of medical bills. Any insight would be helpful. Thank you in advance.

If the property is held as a joint tenancy with rights of survivorship it will not go through probate and generally not be subject to creditors. For more info., please contact my office at (248)851-3171.
