What is the time limit for a workers' comp casebefore they settle on the case?

There is no time limit on how long it takes to resolve a workers compensation case once it is filed. However, in Michigan, the magistrates are under orders to make sure they are disposed of within 2 years of the date they are filed. William S. Stern
